At RLSS Shop, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in unworn, clean condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
